GIVEN Lubinda, the Patriotic Front (PF) vice president says President Hakainde Hichilema should not use the former governing party as an excuse for his failure to improve people’s lives because the blame game will not grow the economy.
Mr Lubinda was reacting to President Hichilema’s sentiments on Wednesday during the China-Zambia High Quality Development Forum where he yet again blamed the PF, stating that the former ruling party had created a mess which had been difficult to clean up.
