CONSTITUTIONAL Court Judge, Kenneth Mulife, has been struck out from the matter in which a former research advocate sued him, demanding damages for libel, because a Judge cannot be sued in his personal capacity.
Mr Bright Kaluba last year began a legal battle against then High Court Judge, Mulife and alleged that the Judge issued libelous remarks against him after he reported him (Judge) to his superior for writing judgements in advance. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
