MPOROKOSO Member of Parliament Brian Mundubile has submitted to the Constitutional Court that he was legally appointed Leader of the Opposition.
Mr Mundubile contended that the Speaker, Nelly Mutti, did not abrogate Article 74 (2) of the constitution and National Assembly Standing Order 43 when she appointed him to the position. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
