THE Patriotic Front (PF) has withdrawn all, but two cases that were a multiplicity of matters in which the former ruling party has sued expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa for staging a coup against the legitimate leadership of the former ruling party.
Emmanuel Mwmba, the PF information and publicity chairperson said in a statement that following meetings with the Chief Justice, Mumba Malila, it was mutually decided that the multiplicity of cases was of concern to the resolution of the leadership conflict.
