THE mealie meal queues that have continued to characterize chain stores outlets in most parts of the country is an indication that the Zambia National Service (ZNS) Eagle Milling mealie meal is far from being adequate to meet national demand, Saboi Imboela has said.
Ms Imboela, the president of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) says it is disheartening that Zambians in Chirundu, Siavonga, Livingstone and other areas in the country are being subjected to line up for Eagle mealie meal which was supposedly expected to be cheap and affordable but acutely in short supply.
