PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s directive that all the luxurious Toyota VXs motor vehicles bought for his ministers, permanent secretaries and heads of parastatals and quasi-government institutions should be put on the market and be sold to avoid extravagance is a befuddling development, former Minister of Defence George Mpombo has said.
