THE State has said the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) is an illegal political organisation because it has not been registered and its activities, which include holding press conferences or any other form of assembly are therefore outside the law.
Jack Mwiimbu, the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security says UKA is an unregistered pressure group and that its operations and activities were therefore illegal and in breach of the law. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
