SHOULD Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti entertain a point of order or indeed an application against Jean Chisenga, the Mambilima Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament for confronting President Hakainde Hichilema for governing the country by lies and deceit, that shall be confirmation of the diminishing democratic space in Zambia, Brain Mundubile has said.
Yesterday, Mr Mundubile disclosed that the UPND had been having informal sessions, scheming on how best they could manipulate the Parliamentary Standing Orders in their quest to punish Ms Chisenga for calling out President Hichilema a liar. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
