THE Zambia Police has warned that it will, with immediate effect start arresting people promoting and inciting any form of uprising or secession in the country.
Graphael Musamba, the Inspector General of Police has warned that people promoting and advocating secession or any form of uprising against government should know the consequences of their actions.
Mr Musamba said in a statement yesterday that persons who shall be found to be engaging in activities with the potential to threaten the peace and stability the country shall immediately and without hesitation be arrested and charged with appropriate offences for their actions.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
