FORMER Copperbelt PF youth vice Secretary, Christopher Kalenge, has broken his silence over internal squabbles in the party on the Copperbelt saying internal wrangles that have characterised the PF need to be urgently resolved.

Mr. Kalenge said he had abandoned his position in the PF because of internal wrangles that have characterised the ruling party in the province.

He said there was need to resolve all the differences in the party and ensure all the members were united for the PF to continue thriving.

Mr Kalenge said there was too much persecution for some party members of the PF who are perceived as enemies of the party because of speaking the truth.

He said it was a fact there was a huge problem in the PF especially on the Copperbelt because some party members were considered to be more important than others.

The former provincial youth vice secretary said most of the PF members were pretending as if all was well and yet the party had many  loopholes that needed to be patched especially with the grassroots.

“Some people in the party are only surviving on lies as sell outs by defaming innocent party members for them to be paid by their self-centered pay masters, a situation which has destroyed the party on the Copperbelt,” Mr Kalenge said.

Last year, President Lungu who took a tour of Luanshya said he would frequent the Copperbelt to check how the Patriotic Front was performing.
