ZAMBIANS must take advantage of various empowerment schemes that the new dawn administration has rolled out particularly in the agriculture sector, says Small and Medium Enterprise Development Minister Elias Mubanga.
Mr. Mubanga said President Hakainde Hichilema’s administration has deliberately put aside resources to empower citizens in a bid to grow the country’s micro and macro economy by getting citizens involved.
