GRAPHAEL Musamba, the Inspector General of Police would be creating an environment for anarchy and disunity in the country should he proceed to summon and effect an arrest against former President Edgar Lungu for merely calling for early elections, Stephen Kampyongo has said.
And Mr Kampyongo has said the tracking squad Mr Musamba has unleashed on former President Lungu is not for protection but to restrict the movements of the former head of State and not to protect him from harm.
