THE Patriotic Front (PF) says there shall be no by-elections at Parliamentary level after the Constitutional Court yesterday dismissed a petition by nine Legislators who were purportedly expelled by expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa.
Yesterday, the Constitutional Court ruled that it has no jurisdiction to hear the petition by nine PF Members of Parliament challenging their expulsion from the party by Miles Sampa.
But Emmanuel Mwamba, the PF chairperson for information and publicity says the former ruling party is currently studying the Constitutional Court ruling and shall consider all possible action including taking the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
