IN attracting new seed varieties, including climate change resilient breed on the Zambian market, Government has urged farmers to support the repeal and replacement of the current Plant Breeders Rights Bill (PBR).
Consultations with farmers are currently being done by the Government from across Zambia to help them understand PBR for proper input to make it better before it becomes law.
