THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has applied for a Non-Conviction Based forfeiture to the State of property worth over K13 million owned by, Francis Muchemwa, alias, Commander Two.
The seized properties include his residential house known as L/26392/M worth K2.5 million, L/26395/M K4.5 million, L/28477/M/J and L/28477/M/H, worth K3.4 million, all located off Great East road , Silverest ,Chongwe district.
