IT is highly hypocritical for Kelvin Bwalya Fube to talk about the rule of law when he is undermining the Constitutional Court judgement on President Edgar Lungu’s eligibility, former PF Muchinga Province chairperson Alex Simuwelu has said.
Mr Simuwelu said the expelled PF official, popularly known as KBF, had proved that he was a low grade joker who should not be entertained.
He said Mr Fube had no moral right to talk about the rule of law when he was disrespecting the Constitutional Court.
“We may not be lawyers but we are not stupid, KBF is contemptuously taking advantage of the ignorance of the majority Zambians,” Mr Simuwelu said.
Mr Simuwelu said the Constitutional Court judgement will go down the legal thesis as a point of reference and that Mr Fube’s reasoning in President Lungu’s eligibility case was cheap and myopic.
Mr Simuwelu urged KBF to be humble and work with the current leadership.
