He said it was either the much proclaimed rule of law was mere political rhetoric or Mr Mwiimbu and Mr Haimbe were deliberately just mocking President Hichilema because the the police had continued arresting people and breaching the law by detaining suspects for more than 48 hours without bond or being charged.
