IT is extremely dangerous to lie to the nation that some regions like Southern Province were excluded in the governance of the nation in previous regimes, former diplomat Muhabi Lungu has said.
Mr Lungu said even during the one-party state, the alleged disadvantaged provinces were always an integral part of government in diplomacy and state-owned enterprises among others.
He said the perception is highly tribal, political and must be ignored by Zambians.
