THE Economic Crimes Court (ECC) is an illegal institution which has been created by the UPND government to persecute and speedily jail a selected class of citizens, particularly those seemingly being associated with the Patriotic Front, Makebi Zulu has said.
And Mr Zulu has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of interfering with the Judiciary and that the demand that corruption cases should be heard and determined within five months an instruction to the Judiciary to ignore fair trial for the accused.
