IT is criminal and pure banditry that the judiciary has allowed expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa to continue masquerading as the president of the Patriotic Front (PF) and contemptuously making changes in the party when he has never been declared by any court or tribunal as the leader of the former ruling party, Brebnar Changala has said.
