A PASTOR has described as abomination, the sex party involving 70 teenagers in Lusaka’s Woodlands area.
Northmead Assembly of God Church youth pastor, Haggai Mwene says the moral decay was regrettable and that the church had a duty to help the young minds know God and refrain from such illicit activities.
He said the society needed to make more strict measures on the youths on how they should live their lives, and that as a church they had a task to lead the young people to Christ.
Pastor Mwene told the Daily Nation that if young people were indulging in such activities, they were destroying their lives as that there was no future in such activities.
“If the young people indulge themselves in activities like that, they are destroying their lives and there is no future for themselves and the country,” he said.
Pastor Mwene said as a church, there was need to work hard and promote Christian values in society.
