JOURNALIST,Peter Sukwa, who was assaulted by Pateuke Independent Member of Parliament , Emmanuel Jay Banda, by urinating in his mouth and threatening to burn him alive,has filed a second complaint with the Human Rights Commission to assist reopen the case.
