FRED M’membe has described the suspension of Mambilima Patriotic Front Member of Parliament Jean Chisenga from parliament for 30 days as drastic, biased, unjustified, that it has exposes the presiding officers’ deliberate intent to undermine the doctrine of separation of powers.
