NICKSON Chilangwa, the Kawambaw Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament on Friday told off second deputy Speaker Moses Moyo that Parliament was not his house where he could change rules willy-nilly and subject the lawmakers to pander to his whims and caprices.
The often composed Mr Chilangwa lost his cool when Mr Moyo attempted, the umpteenth time to interject and curtail his debate, and told the presiding officer to behave himself and stop being partisan because Parliament was not his house where he could change rules anyhow. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
