POLITICAL analyst Alex Ngoma has observed that some ministers do not understand President Hakainde Hichilema’s vison and as such are failing to perform according to expectations.
Dr Ngoma said it is such ministers who make it seem as though the government is failing to meet the expectations of Zambians because they do not carry the vision of the President.
Dr Ngoma said the President needs to start evaluating the performance of his ministers so that he starts firing the non-performing ministers if the government is to be efficient in serving the people.
He said there are certain minsters who are not doing their work and have been derailing the President’s efforts in serving the Zambians.
Dr Ngoma said those are the ones that should be done away with or reshuffled going into the next year.
