Milingo Lungu asks Concourt not to reverse ruling that stayed criminal proceedings

FORMER KCM Provisional Liquidator, Milingo Lungu, has urged the Constitutional Court to dismiss the Attorney General’s application to reverse the ruling of a single judge which stayed all criminal proceedings in the subordinate court, pending hearing of his petition.
