THE ruling UPND in Lusaka says it is disappointed that Our Civic Duty Association (OCiDA) could stoop so low as to dent the country’s image on vague allegations to ask the US government impose financial sanctions, visa restrictions and travel bans against President Hakainde Hichilema and six of his high-ranking government leaders.
“I want to pose this question to them, where were they a few years ago when Zambians were being assaulted, were being killed simply because of belonging to an opposition political party.
