VICTOR Kapungwe, one of the two disciples of expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa was yesterday summoned by the Woodlands Police for what the police said would be investigations.
Kapungwe, commonly known as Mr Ground has threatened to expose Mr Sampa for refusing to pay him and his cohort K50, 000 as money for helping the former Matero lawmaker stage a coup against the leadership of the Patriotic Front (PF). CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
