THE Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) has come to the defence of priests preaching about the suffering of the people, high cost of living, rule of law and governance issues, stating that the message of salvation does not only involve the spiritual and physical well-being of people.
Father Francis Mukosa, the secretary general of the ZCCB says some people, especially those with the responsibility of taking care of the affairs of the country have complained about priests preaching about the hardship citizens are facing because Zambian politics had become highly polarised.
