VETERAN politician and senior citizen Emmanuel Hachipuka has predicted that President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND could pay a high price in form of political popularity loss for failing to come up with tangible solutions to the challenges of the Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and Mopani Copper Mines (MCM).
