Police warn and caution Nakacinda for the offence of defamation of the President

Police have recorded a warn and caution Statement from PF member of Central Committee and Chairperson for media and publicity Rapheal Nakacinda for Defamation of President .
Police have not yet charged him .
Mr Nakacinda remains detained at Chelstone Police Station as he has not yet been granted bond .
