Zambia on the brink of constitutional crisis – Chisanga

ZAMBIA is currently on edge of a cliff, standing on the brink of a Constitutional crisis because all the three arms of government, the Executive, the Judiciary and the Legislature, are in some form of collusion and seem to have ganged up to rape and destroy the country’s constitutional democracy, George Chisanga has warned.

And Mutotwe Kafwaya has observed that the expulsion of the nine senior Patriotic Front (PF) Legislators is part of a larger scheme for President Hichilema to entrench tribalism because all the expelled law makers are Bemba hailing from the same region.

Mr Chisanga, the PF chairman for legal affairs says Zambians are now living in a pariah state in which what is convenient to the ruling elite was what was going on, stating that it has been crystal clear that President Hakainde Hichilema has had his signature on all what has been happening in the former ruling party.
