PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has expressed sadness on the death of 13 people in a tragic road accident pn Tuesday in Serenje.
President Hichilema has sent a message of condolences to the families of the deceased, adding that the thoughts and prayers of Zambians are with the bereaved families during this trying moment.
He has since called on motorists and law enforcement agencies to be extra vigilant especially during this festive period.
This is according to a message posted on his Facebook page.
