UPND planning to amend public procurement law to favour foreigners – Dr Zimba
GOVERNMENT is planning to change the Public Procurement law and make it discriminatory against its own citizens by amending section 89 of the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020 which instructs that any company participating in public procurement should partner with citizens, Zumani Zimba has disclosed.
