MINISTER of Education Douglas Syakalima has encouraged the Higher Education Authority to ensure that there is sustainable funding to enable public universities to keep tuition fees affordable and ensure access to education for students from various economic backgrounds.
Mr Syakalima says this is in line with the government’s commitment in ensuring adequate funding is essential for public universities to maintain high quality academic programmes.
