THE Patriotic Front yesterday launched their 2018 party mobilisation programme and donated 37,440 exercise books to be distributed to school-going children in Chongwe.

During the launch in Chongwe, PF secretary general Davies Mwila called for team work among all the party officials to ensure implementation of membership A and party programming.

Mwila said the secretariat would equip all structures across the country with basic tools for mobilisation and immediately handed over 120 bicycles to Chongwe constituency.

He also announced that President Edgar Lungu would visit all the districts and meet party officials.

“This is a year for us to start recruiting new members and we must prepare ourselves and that preparation starts now. Members of Parliament must work with party structures and that is what we are demanding to see in all the constituencies,” he said.

He warned officials and members that the party would this time not tolerate the level of indiscipline exhibited last year.

He asked the members to desist from illegal dealings as they are a ruling party that must lead by example.
