Graffitti culprit nabbed

A SUSPECTED UPND cadre was caught writing “free HH “ at government Complex yesterday by the cleaning lady.
The man is believed to be part of a group of graffiti writers that have been defacing government buildings in and around Lusaka. The suspect was caught when a cleaning lady alerted security.
The group had managed to write on most windows at the institution.
