NATIONAL Democratic Congress president Saboi Imboela says the new dawn administration is struggling to govern the country because it assumed office using lies and propaganda.
Ms Imboela told Millennium TV news in an interview that the United Party for National Development (UPND) government had so much hate, which it wanted to pass onto Zambians.
She added that the Honeybee scandal involving former minister of health Chitalu Chilufya was nothing but propaganda by the UPND government.
“This shows you the amount of propaganda and hate that the UPND was transmitting just to win an election such that they don’t even remember what they used to say,” she said.
Ms Imboela said the Honeybee case caused panic among Zambians because people were made to believe the government had procured expired drugs and leaking condoms when it was not true
She adds the new dawn administration has developed amnesia and forgotten all the campaign promises to Zambians due to excessive propaganda.
