Muhanga made contemptuous statements against judiciary, says witness

AN acting executive officer of the Community Resource Board (CRB) for Malama, has submitted to court that Ministry of Tourism Permanent Secretary, Evans Muhanga, issued contemptuous statements against the Judiciary at a meeting held at Belvedere Lodge in Lusaka.
