PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should stop alarming the country with his continued allegations that opposition political parties have been wishing that there should be a coup d’état in Zambia but should concentrate on uniting and governing the country by the rule of law and not by his whims, Mwenya Musenga has said.
