LUNTE Member of Parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya, has attributed the blunders reportedly from ministries to officers’ arrogance and ignorance as they do not want to consult their predecessors.
Mr Kafwaya said blunders such as late delivery of farming inputs and the alleged chaotic procurement process of drugs would not have happened if the United Party for National Development (UPND) government was consultative in its approach to governance. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
