STATE House has accused former President Edgar Lungu of inciting Our Civic Duty Association (OCiDA) to petition the United States Government to impose sanctions against President Hakainde Hichilema and six of his high-ranking government officials.
But former President Lungu has described the accusations as absurd, outrageous and utterly uncouth because OCiDA had been a friend of the UPND and could therefore not have any form of influence as to make the association call for sanctions against President Hichilema. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
