FRANCIS Kapyanga, the Patriotic Front (PF) Mpika Member of Parliament has called for the banning of Yango, a ride hauling service provider, for its lapses in their security system which has resulted in the death of a number of its drivers.
But Moses Moyo, the Second Deputy Speaker said it was not the role of any law maker to make such demands about any institution.
Mr Kapyanga said in Parliament on Wednesday evening that Government should suspend the operation licence for Yango until the company had improved its security features.
