THE New Heritage Party (NHP) has said the UPND is dead scared of competition because it has realized that pomp and splendor popularity has fast withered away and that is why it is employing unorthodox means of blocking the opposition political parties from participating in by-elections or holding public political rallies.
Chishala Kateka, the president of the NHP says the UPND has sensed that the mood of the people was totally against its leadership as a result of its monumental failure to deliver on all its mega promises and was therefore preventing the opposition from participating in the by-elections to avoid humiliation.
