PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is fomenting anarchy and lawlessness as well as undermining the independence of the Judiciary with his continued recognition of suspended Mafinga Member of Parliament Robert Chabinga as Leader of the Opposition in Parliament when Miles Sampa’s illegal convention is still a subject of the courts of law, Makebi Zulu has charged.
Mr Zulu says it is now abundantly clear that President Hichilema is deeply involved in the machinations to annihilate and kill the Patriotic Front (PF) by sponsoring confusion in the country’s largest opposition political party.
