ConCourt recommend constitutional amendment in process of removing judges, DPP

THE Constitutional Court has recommended for the urgent amendment to the constitution to clarify the procedure the Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) should follow when hearing the matter both pre and post finding of a prima facie case in the removal of the Judge or Director of Public Prosecutions .
