Zambezi Magic unleashes two local productions

Zambezi Magic, DStv Channel 160 announced the premiere of two exciting local productions ‘Ghetto Vibes’ and ‘Making a difference’ on Tuesday 21st February, 2017.

The two series become the newest Zambian productions to be launched this year on Zambezi Magic to kickstart another great year of the channel sharing Southern African stories.

‘We are again pleased to announce the premiere of two new Zambian productions as the channel continues growing local content. Ghetto Vibes and Making a Difference become the latest additions to a list of amazing shows the channel is currently airing from Zambia and we are confident that these series  will receive as much support as other productions  ’ said Addiel Dzinoreva , head of Zambezi Magic.

Ghetto Vibes is a realistic look at the different lifestyles of people living in the ghetto or compounds of Lusaka Zambia. In the story, Enoch is trying hard to become a professional football player, but in the meantime has to deal with his crazy brother and the fact that he comes from a broken family.

Making a difference is a series which follows the lives of doctors and nurses and the entire medical staff as they deal with patients at a medical center. It also delves into the lives of the patients and what they are suffering from. The dramatic tension comes from the problems of the patients and the day to day relationships of the staff. It endeavors to bring about real life situations on the table that we all can identify with.

Ghetto Vibes will air every Tuesday at 20:30 hrs, while viewers can catch Making a Difference at  21:30 CAT  on the same day on DStv Compact ,Compact Plus and Premium exclusive to Channel 160.
