THE UPND in Chitambo are begging President Hakainde Hichilema to induce a by-election in Chitambo constituency to unseat the incumbent Patriotic Front Member of Parliament, Chanda Mutale.
According to voice notes in the UPND Chitambo constituency whatsapp group, the UPND officials were asking the UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda to engage President Hichilema so that a by-election can be created because Mr Mutale was hindering development in the area. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
