AN Artificial Intelligence (AI) Unit has been set up at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) in its efforts to identify tax gaps and revenue leakages, thereby enhancing resource mobilisation using technology.
The ZRA has in recent years automated most of its systems which has led to among others, digitalising payments and monitoring transactions, with the latest being the Export Tracking Framework done with the Bank of Zambia. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
