Findlay was not supposed to have two passports, witness tells court

A SENIOR Immigration officer has told Lusaka magistrate Sylvia Munyinya that although two passports were lawfully issued to Harry Findley, a Lusaka business executive, he was not supposed to hold more than one passport because the law does not allow.
